Carolyn Mack, owner of Lynns's' Candies, had emailed me to let me know that her company would be sending me a package of goodies to sample. Once it arrived, I was in Chocolate Heaven! ... it was so more than I was expecting!

A little background: Lynns's' Candies has been in business for over 20 years. They are located in Sparta, Wisconsin. Their website says that they started as an Amish recipe and a hobby that grew into a unique and fast-growing business ... and, after taking one bite, it is very easy to see why they are so popular and how they have lasted this long!

I am a choca-holic and I will admit that I have discriminating tastes when it comes to chocolate! There are many candies that I just don't like the taste of ... this, however, was much better than store bought candy! I guess that's what the Amish recipes are known for ... being really good ... and, this is no exception!

Each of the candies were wrapped very nicely, and with lots of care, in a clear bag or see-through gift box. You can see them all in the photo (above). From what I understand, they are willing to customize gift boxes with your own logos or company emblems, so if you want to personalize some Christmas gifts (or candies for any occasion), they would be able to accomodate your labeling needs.

I tried the Cashew Nut Crunch ... it was ABSOLUTE HEAVEN! If you like the Hershey's Heath Bar, you will LOVE THIS!!! It is somewhat similar in taste but has a much thicker bar and it doesn't break your teeth as you bite into. It is not actually soft, though. It is the perfect consistency and it melts in your mouth - I can only think of one word ... DELICIOUS! :-)

If you're into healthy, you might want to stick with the Dried Cranberries or the Cranberry Almond Granola. However, I will not go into more details because, honestly, after tasting the Chocolate Cashew Nut Crunch and the Original Cashew Nut Crunch, everything else could not possibly get a fair review ... I was hooked with the first bite! :-)

I think these are ALL some really great products and you will have to taste them to see for yourself. My personal favorite, obviously, was the Cashew Crunches ... you really should try at least one bite of these - I would really be surprised if you didn't get hooked, too!
